The applicant joins public contract 27908 / 12.003, on financing projects by joining all its conditions as a whole. From the moment the Applicant sends this Application and the project owner accepts it and / or the project owner is authorized by the person, the Parties acquire the rights and obligations defined by the Agreement and are responsible for their failure to fulfill and / or improper performance in accordance with applicable international law and the legislation of Ukraine.

The applicant joins public contract 27908 / 12.003, on financing projects by joining all its conditions as a whole. By signing this Document, the Applicant certifies that:

1. I am familiar with all the provisions of the Agreement and the regulatory legal acts governing the procedure for investing projects;

2. Freely expresses a desire to conclude an Agreement in accordance with all its conditions by joining in full. The applicant confirms that the above information about the name and surname of the applicant, and about the identity document, are reliable.

The document, which will be especially clear for the pre-presentation of the project, only with the payment of dividends for the Applicant.
